Wall Panel heights ranging from 8' 1-1/8" up to 14' 1-1/8" or as required by plan.

2x6 studs, 16" OC on exterior walls.

2x4 or 2x6 studs, 16" OC on garage walls as required by plan.

2x4 studs, 16" OC on interior partitions.

2x6 studs , 16" OC on plumbing walls.

2x8 or 2x10 headers on bearing walls as necessary.

30-year architectural roof shingles in various colors with 6-1/8" exposure.

30 year warranty on roof shingles. Upgrade 40- and 50-year available.

Nail-over ridge vent with nail-on 6" or 12" ladders.

3/4 " roof plywood.

Hurricane clips, metal strapping and bracing supplied if in high wind zone.



Aluminum fascia and vinyl soffit in white or brown as standard colors. Azek trim extra.

Exterior doors assembled in primed frame with primed brickmould applied.

Main entrance and utility doors are 6-panel insulated fiberglass.

Upgraded Schlage security locksets for exterior doors in standard knob or upgraded lever styles.

One deadbolt for front entrance and one keyless electronic lockset are standard.

Garage-to-house doors are fire-rated, metal clad, insulated, with thermal break threshold.

Simonton vinyl windows, styles per plan. All windows are Energy-Star rated, low-E, Argon gas, factory mulled, fused frame, with extension jambs. Marvin Integrity windows with primed wood interior and high performance Ultrex exterior available as upgrade.

Garage overhead doors are Hampshire Series Model 175 1-3/4" thick, R-16, and interlocking panels. Glass available as an upgrade. Door sizes per plan. Door opener is a Premium Series 1/2 HP belt drive with remote.

Vinyl patio sliding or French doors, low-E glass, fused frame, with extension jamb. Or, Marvin patio and French doors as an upgrade.


INSULATION (installed)

Certainteed fiberglass insulation or equivalent quality with R-19 for exterior walls and garage (R-21 also available) and R-30 (R-38 also available) between roof trusses or ceiling joists/rafters of highest finished floor level and crawlspace areas. Ventilation baffles included. Blow open-cell and close-cell insulation are available options as an upgrade.


INTERIOR TRIM (installed)

Interior doors are 1-3/8" Masonite hollow or solid core, primed, choice of panel design.

Pine and other styles are available as upgrades.

Door widths and heights per plan.

Closet units are Masonite hollow core by-pass or bi-fold with jambs per plan.

Solid core, pine and other styles are available upgrades. Door widths per plan.

All units are pre-hung in finger joint clear pine veneer jambs.

Primed case and base molding. Base molding is wide 5 1/4". Window and door trim are wide 3 1/2".

All trim are of colonial design and primed for painting.

Crown molding and chair rails available as upgrades.

Closet shelving is vinyl white wire with supports as necessary.

Custom closets in maple or cherry available.

Door stops, sash locks included.

Upgaded Schlage bedroom and bath privacy locksets, as well as closet passage hardware included.



Lennox or Heat 'n Glo Gas Fireplaces.

Stone or brick fireplace (wood burning).

Paint grade poplar mantels with 6 design options, 4 piece marble or stone surround with choice of 5 stone types.



Installed assembled stairs, closed treads for two-story, splits, etc. Yellow pine risers,

stringers, and treads. Oak risers, stringers, and treads if plan requires upgrade.

Stair parts, i.e. newels, balusters, and handrails, where designated.

Installed finished basement stairs; 2x10 treads and stringers, handrail and brackets.



Solid wood Maple or Walnut cabinetry in various finishes and stain colors from which to choose.

Countertops are custom laminated with square edge or upgrade to Silestone or granite

Vanities, same style as kitchen cabinets, to include cultured marble counter top and bowls.

Birch and Cherry cabinet upgrades, as well as dovetail drawers, undermount hardware, and crown molding.


EXTERIOR DECK (installed)

Pressure treated deck and railings, size as per plan.

Upgrade to composite decking and railings per customer request.



Design and structural engineering services, including construction documents and certifications.

All exterior wall panels assembled with sheathing applied at the factory.

Interior partitions assembled at the factory.

Floor joists pre-cut at the factory to correct lengths.

All roof trusses manufactured to plan specifications.

All interior doors pre-hung in veneer jambs.
